Vol. 2 No. 2 (2026)

This issue of the CIMEGS-SEJ (Socio-Economic Journal), Volume 2, Number 2 (October 2026), brings together seven peer-reviewed articles on enterprise, education, agriculture, energy and technology in Algeria and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The five research articles examine the link between entrepreneurial strategy and firm performance at an Algerian company in Tlemcen, the philosophical foundations and pedagogical approaches to artificial intelligence in Algerian higher education, gatekeeping and perceived reverse logistics performance in circular supply chains, the reported adoption of precision agriculture and organic practices among fruit growers in Tissemsilt Province, and the relationship between Middle Eastern oil shares and Brent prices through a composite index and an exploratory ARDL analysis. Two conceptual papers close the issue: one defines the architectural project and the architectural profession in the age of artificial intelligence, and the other discusses blockchain and environmental trust in green value chains in the MENA region.
